This small cobblestone house standing close to the highway has been in the Schultz family since 1900. The interior was completely remodeled in 1934 and retains only one used fireplace in the basement. It is now owned by Mr. and Mrs. Milton Schultz and occupied by Mr. and Mrs. Smythers. Editor's Note: Apparently written for a Cobblestone Tour pamphlet and not used.
